- Young Adult Male (8 years-old) in Tualatin, OR area. Family is looking for care and support on Tuesdays and Thursdays 8am-5pm or 9am-5pm.
DSP (Direct Support Professional) for Adult Female in Beaverton
- Client in her 20's in Beaverton is seeking supports for safety monitoring, recreational support and simple in-home activities such as reading books and help using the backyard swing and watching videos and assistance with day-to-day stuff. Needs full bathroom assistance. She has some unsafe behaviors that need to be addressed and monitored by the DSP. Needs assistance in meal preparation with snacks and meals.
- They are looking for an experienced DSP used to deal with unsafe behaviors, experience with individuals who have profound intellectual disabilities, and individuals who struggle with communication. Ideal schedule is: Thursday and Friday 2-7pm, and Saturday or Sunday 2-7pm (Flexibility here, for the right DSP).

- Multiple children in one home needing supports. Multiple DSPs may be utilized. Each is able to participate in all activities of daily living and communication. None have any specialized behavior challenges or medical needs. Need support in learning some coping skills, social skills, some activities for independence (like cooking & trying new foods), being in the community safely (practicing walking home from school), etc.
- Hours preferred are Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-6:00pm or so but the family is flexible. Friday-Sunday have longer times available, but the need is more during the week when the family has obligations for appointments and work.

Would benefit from someone who can help him find fun activities in the community and make friends. Would like to receive supports primarily in the community, though he might occasionally need some assistance in the home. He is friendly and open to working with anyone

- She is mainly struggling with keeping up with everything she needs to do. She does struggle with her mental health at times. She is looking for a female provider and someone who is good at navigating appointments, paperwork, etc. also, helping with housekeeping and such.
DSP (Direct Support Professional) for Male Young Adult in Corbett
-Male client is 16 years old, 17 in November and will be starting at a new school. He has a mild cognitive delay, high functioning autism, ADHD and needs help managing a list, completing tasks. He is a funny, bright male that just needs a little extra help around the house, especially when mom isn't home. He loves animals, he has a bearded dragon named Link and a black lab. He likes to garden and enjoys anime and Japanese culture. He will want to play video games as soon as he gets home, so one of his desired goals is to weave in some physical activity.
-Hours preferred are Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-5pm (unless not a school day). Wednesdays (day could change), Piano drop off / pick up near our home usually 4:30-5pm. He can ride his bike, unless it gets dark too early. Some Saturdays, typically between December and April months.
- Clients needs: Transportation from Barlow High School (approx. 2:30 pm) to home, Assist with daily coming home routine: (unpack back pack, put away laundry, unload dishwasher, etc). Assist with homework if applies, Study for Drivers Permit test (if not already passed), Feed bearded dragon, Take out garbage if needed, Other household chores: picking up his "office", light housekeeping support for the client to perform his own tasks (clean own bathroom, etc.)
