This a free course hosted by NW Homecare Support.
- If you plan to take the course via an outside source, please let your recruiter know.
- If you already have your CPR Certification, you can email it directly to Isabella@nwhomecaresupport.com, to satisfy this requirement.
(Note: the course must have covered First Aid/CPR & AED for Infants, Children and Adults in order to count.)

This is a mandatory training course hosted by Non-Profit Ready. The course goes over Diversity Equity and Inclusion in the workplace. Create an account to complete the course. Once you've completed each module, send the certificates to Isabella@nwhomecaresupport.com
8.) Mileage Reimbursement

Complete the form ONLY if you intend to drive with your client. This form will allow you to drive with the client and be eligible for mileage reimbursement if the client qualifies. (Complete this form, and ask your Hiring Coordinator about our mileage reimbursement program if your client is a child.)

Complete the form to request reimbursement for onboarding training once you've completed the steps.

You're official, DSP! Thanks for putting in the effort to become part of our team here. You are welcome to refer back to this onboarding page, as needed. However, you will now be working primarily from our Employee Resources page on our main website. There you can complete your Daily Logs, request time off, and more. Please take a look at the Employee Resources page and let us know if you have any questions.
As a DSP with NW Homecare Support you are required to complete 24 hours of training annually. The onboarding training you just completed can count towards this annual training. If there additional courses you would like to take towards the 24 hours of annual training, please keep in mind that many courses can be reimbursed by filling out a form on the Employee Resources page. Check with your Hiring Coordinator to confirm that a course can be reimbursed, prior to taking the course, if reimbursement is your goal. There is a list of trainings available on our website that can be completed at any time.
Any certifications you acquire throughout the year can be emailed to Isabella Budge, who keeps track of all your training hours. She will be highlighting available trainings on a monthly basis throughout the year and sending reminders if you are short on training hours. You can track your training hours here.

Como DSP de NW Homecare Support, debes completar 24 horas de entrenamiento al año. El entrenamiento de incorporación que acabas de completar puede contar para esta entrenamiento anual. Si deseas realizar cursos adicionales para las 24 horas de capacitación anual, ten en cuenta que muchos cursos se pueden reembolsar completando un formulario en la página de Employee Resources (Recursos para Empleados). Consulta con tu coordinador de contratación para confirmar si un curso se puede reembolsar antes de realizarlo, si tu objetivo es obtener un reembolso. Hay una lista de capacitaciones disponibles en nuestro sitio web que puedes completar en cualquier momento.
Cualquier certificación que obtengas a lo largo del año puede enviarse por correo electrónico a Isabella Budge, quien lleva un registro de todas tus horas de capacitación.
